At the heart of our mission lies a commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and dignity for all—especially persons with disabilities (PWDs) and transgender individuals. Our projects span across education, employment, awareness, and advocacy to build a society where everyone is seen, heard, and respected.

1. Skill Development & Livelihood Empowerment

We are empowering over 10,000 persons with disabilities and trans individuals across India by offering career counseling, digital literacy, and vocational training programs. These efforts help participants build confidence and gain access to sustainable livelihood opportunities.

2. Inclusive Community Hubs

We are setting up physical safe spaces starting from Bihar, expanding across neighboring states. These hubs provide skill development, health services, mental wellness support, and a platform for community bonding—catering specifically to the transgender and disabled communities.

3. Inclusive Employment Partnerships

In collaboration with inclusive employers, we are facilitating over 500 job opportunities for trans and PWD youth. These partnerships focus on workplace sensitization, inclusive hiring, and tailored placement support to create equal access to dignified work.

4. Digital Inclusion Program

We are bridging the digital divide by providing smartphones, assistive devices, and e-learning tools to over 3,000 individuals from marginalized communities. This initiative promotes independence, learning, and access to online platforms.

5. Mass Awareness & Sensitization Campaigns

With a goal of sensitizing over 1 lakh citizens, we conduct awareness workshops in schools, colleges, and government departments, along with organizing rallies and social media campaigns. These activities help shift mindsets and promote societal acceptance.

6. Policy Research & Legal Advocacy

We actively contribute to national-level advocacy by providing data, case studies, and consultations to push for at least three impactful policy changes or new government schemes focused on the rights of transgender and disabled individuals.

7. Equal Voices Fellowship

Our flagship 6-month leadership program trains young changemakers from the trans and PWD communities in public speaking, community organizing, and advocacy. The fellowship builds future-ready leaders committed to social justice and inclusion.
